Commission requests
If you submit a request, the site stores your name, email, optional social handle, description, usage, reference files, and artist correspondence to manage your commission. Your sign-in identity is associated with that request.
Private files and tracking
Reference images and delivered artwork are available only to your signed-in account and the authorized artist. Gallery artwork is public within this site’s access settings.
Payments
When enabled, PayPal processes payment details. The site stores order identifiers, captured amounts, and payment status, but does not receive or store your PayPal password or card details.
Website services
Vercel hosts this website, and Supabase stores commission records and private files. Sign-in uses an email link sent by Resend. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and are single use; an essential, secure cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days or until sign-out. The server stores token hashes and the authorized email address to validate access. If email notifications are enabled, the configured email provider receives the recipient address and message content. Request drafts are stored only in your browser’s current session until submitted or cleared.
